We have heard many good things about Spice Finch and finally got the chance to drop by for a quick bite and drink. It’s located adjacent to the beautiful Warwick Hotel not far from Rittenhouse Square. When you walk in, the decor is simple but cozy. The space is open and roomy. The bar surrounds the dining area and is a wonderful focal point.
We decided to try a couple cocktails and started with the Cap Spartel, which was made with yogurt washed gin, lemon, ginger, carrot, honey and mace. It was absolutely delicious! It had a beautiful color and tasted amazing. We also ordered the Rest In Pete’s which had vodka, prosecco, preserved lemon, turmeric, sumac and saffron. The presentation alone was stunning but this also tasted great. The balance and different layers of flavors of the cocktails was just so delicious and creative.
For a quick bite, we ordered five different sauces with pita bread. The sauces were harissa, tahini, muhumara, garlic yogurt and lemon yogurt. They all were fantastic. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. You had no doubt that they made these sauces fresh every day. We finished out with a couple more delicious cocktails. Everything was delicious and we will definitely be back for a full meal which I have no doubt will be just as delicious.
If you are in the mood for some delicious Mediterranean food, make sure you stop by Spice Finch. The service, food, drinks and attention to detail are all top notch and this will quickly become a favorite go to place.
